I: INTRODUCTION We are Lilla & Elio, the owners of the B&B were our guests are our first priority, and can feel at home. Our Bed and Breakfast is called, “La Casa Di Amy”, were AMY is the first letters of our three son’s names, Andrea, Michele, and Youri. This is to remind you of a family atmosphere that you will find here with us. II: WHERE WE ARE La Casa Di Amy can be found in the center of the city, in the Esquilino quarters, one of the seven hills were ancient Rome was found. In walking distance you can find, Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, The Coliseum, Circus Maximus, and The Roman Forum, all 10 min from our B&B. We are on Via Principe Amadeo, 85 almost at the head of Piazza Manfredo Fanti, the piazza of the glorious Roman aquarium, where interesting architecture from the beginning of the 19th century, serves to attract international cultures. La Casa Di Amy is 200 meters from Termini station, its location is ever more accommodating for those who would like to visit Rome using public transportation. From there you can catch, a train, bus, subway, taxi, ect.. to get to any part of the city including Roma Ciampino, and Roma Fiumicino airports. You can also catch the bright red convertible bus that takes you on a panoramic tour of the eternal city. In the quarters of our Bed & Breakfast there are lots of various ethnicities because of, “Roma Caput Mundi”. Also two blocks over you can find a huge multiethnic market in piazza Vittorio Emanuele where you will be intoxicated with aromas, tastes and sound from all over the world. III: THE STRUCTURE “La casa di Amy” is based on four apartments, two of witch are in the same building on Via Principe Amedeo, 85, the third apartment is located down the street in piazza Manfredo Fanti N.38, and the forth, named also “Casa Rosy” is on the next street over Via Napoleone III, N.10, for a total of 18 rooms. IV: THE ROOMS Clicking the button virtual tour, you can go on a virtual tour of our various rooms. From a painting on the wall, or an antic chair you will realize how dedicated we are in decorating, and making people feel at home. Each room has its own private bathroom with shower and hair dryer, air conditioning, refrigerator, flat screen TV, and alarm clock. All to give you the sense that you are still at home. Keeping the rooms dusted, vacuumed, and turned over is one of our highest priorities. On request we have single rooms, or double rooms where an extra bed can be easily added to accommodate a small child of no more then two years old for no extra charge. V: BREAKFAST Who ever arrives in Rome will surely have lots to see, and a long road ahead of them, This is why we have decided to wish everybody a great day by offering a full continental style breakfast with various flavours that will surely delight everyone, and give a great start to each new day. VI: RECEPTION We will be eagerly awaiting your arrival in our reception that is located on Via Principe Amedeo, 85 to give each of our guests a warm welcome. VII: THE SERVICE In any case it is possible to reserve a transport to any airport, being Fiumicino, or Ciampino. For our guests that have late flights, or early arrivals, we offer the possibility to leave your bags with us. We also offer internet on request.
